It has not made it easier to manage either platform. I was happy with it being separated how it was before. I also don’t like how Instagram and Facebook notifications etc have merged. I spent ages doing a beautiful menu and can’t use it. I’ve read all the help section ways to add a menu but none are helpful because the option just doesn’t appear anymore. Also I took the menu off from my page to replace it with a new one, and now the option to add a menu has completely disappeared. I don’t understand why interactions with my page are so hard to find for me and hidden from the public.
These positive interactions with my page don’t get any views, which seems like such a waste of an opportunity. I had to go to messages then comments section to see a recommendation, but it doesn’t appear on main page or anywhere for other potential customers to see it! Same as when a visitor makes a post, it gets stashed away in ‘community’ where no one else can see it. Eg fake notifications, not receiving notifications to messages to my page straight away so I can’t respond to them quickly, not being able to schedule future posts, not being able to see recommendations from customers etc. This app is getting worse so I’m not doing the most recent update after just reading reviews.
